TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Customers are required to
read and accept all of the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms and
Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy, before you may use www.dyot.pk
The website allows you to browse, select and purchase clothes and jewelry.
COD/Card Payments
For all COD (cash on
delivery) order, 50% advance is required for bridals/formals and 20%-40% for orders
other than bridals. For COD orders, our team will connect with you and share
our account/easy paisa details for the advance. We reserve the right to cancel
any cash on delivery order on which we are unable to establish phone contact
with the customer. For card payments, 2-3 working days are required to confirm
the payments from the issuing financial institution.
Dispatch/Delivery Time
As we make to order, 15-17
working days are required to dispatch regular orders and 25-30 working days for
formals. For bridal timelines kindly contact our team on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Delivery for local orders take 3-4 working days, urban areas take up to 6
working days and international deliveries take up to 7 working days. However,
since we make customized clothes timeline may vary from the above mentioned.
Return & Exchange Policy
Make to order items of clothes
and jewelry do not qualify for a return, exchange or refund. An
exchange/return/refund will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have
sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased
goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. However, you can ask to resolve
an issue within 7 days of delivery after which DYOT will not be responsible for
any issue.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any
time before the order is processed. Once the advance payment or card payment is
confirmed and order is processed i.e. sent to stitching or shipped, you will
not be able to cancel and the 'NO Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. DYOT
may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out
of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing
financial institution. In this case, full refund will be made.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
DYOT is not liable for any
duties or taxes imposed by a certain country on our customers, if a customer
fails to pay the duties or taxes imposed by their country, their parcel will be
abandoned by DHL or returned to the shipper. In this case, the customer will
not be able to claim any reimbursement (in form of charge back/refund) from it
as DYOT and will be bearing the returning cost.
Disclaimer
We make every effort to
ensure that the colors seen on the images accurately reflect the color of the
actual garment. However, color looks different as per lighting condition. We do
our shoot in natural sunlight in a good spot since everyone has access to
natural light and can find a good spot themselves. We don’t use artificial
light for our shoot and our Instagram videos of each outfit are unedited.
Care Instructions
Each product of ours is
designed with highest quality standards and delicacy.
Handle with care. Dry clean
only. Do not bleach. Wash dark colors separately from whites and lights, cold
hand wash is encouraged.
