Eid ul Adha Dispatch

Orders placed after 15th May (1 month before Eid), will be treated as Eid orders and will be dispatched based on region rather than on the order date.

Last Day of Dispatch by Region:

International Orders: 10th June 2024 or at least 6 days before Eid.

Pakistan Orders (except Lahore): 13th June 2024 or at least 3 days before Eid.

Lahore Orders: dispatch will continue until the day before Eid as our local team ensures delivery within Lahore.

The dates provided are our final dispatch deadlines. Some orders may be dispatched earlier based on our production schedule, variations in dispatch time may occur for individual customers based on their order's place in the production schedule. However, please note that we cannot expedite orders upon request during Eid. While we do accommodate scheduling requests for other occasions, we do not expedite orders during Eid.

All outfits available on our website can be delivered before Eid unless it is specified that it cannot. However, please note that once an Eid Dispatch section is made live, only orders placed through that section will be processed and delivered before Eid.

Regular Dispatch

·        Our standard dispatch time is 15-17 working days.

·        New arrivals (if order is placed within 7 days of launch) and Formals require 25-30 working days to dispatch.

·        Articles with Adda work take up to 40-45 working days.

·        Bridal items necessitate up to 12-14 weeks for dispatch. We do recommend contacting our team to confirm possible dispatch times before your event.

Please be aware that despite our standard dispatch times, delays can occur due to items going out of stock. We make every effort to restock materials and patterns; however, this may extend the delivery date. Our team will provide updates accordingly. Refunds for delayed orders are available, except during Eid when schedules are extended and updated on our website.

Delivery

Delivery for local orders takes up to 3-4 working days, urban areas may take up to 6 working days and international deliveries take up to 7 working days. For Lahore, once the order is dispatched it will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Customs, Duties and VAT

1. Customers of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, VAT & customs duties.

2. Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer and are charged according to the rules of the residing country.

3. DYOT can only take shipping charges and does not take any local taxes, VAT or duties since it can only be paid by the customer of residing country.

4. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

5. If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.
