  1. Can I do guest checkout?

We make checkout easy but do not allow guest checkout. Even when you are seemingly doing guest checkout we ask for password so that we can create an account based on your email and contact details. Your address and contact details will be saved to make a new account. The next time you order just use the same email to login and enter the same password.



  1. What if I forget my password?

In the event of a forgotten password, simply click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign in page and enter your email address. You will get a link sent to you in your email address to reset password.



  1. I keep getting message of Email Already registered on checkout page?

This means an account is made with the given email address. In such case kindly sign in to account using the email and password. If you have forgotten your password then kindly reset password using forget my password option.

  1. What is DYOT delivery time?

We keep updating delivery time on our website based on current expected delivery time. This time varies as per the numbers of orders we have currently. Generally our insta page has the most up to date expected dispatch or delivery dates.



  1. What is the difference between dispatch and delivery date?

The delivery date is expected time the parcel should reach you. Whereas dispatch time is the time we will take to dispatch the parcel from our end. We generally do not have exact control on delivery days since we use outside courier service. The delivery time may vary because of flight issue which courier agency like Blue-ex or DHL face. So the delivery date we give is generally 2-3 days more than dispatch date for Pakistan and 4-5 days more than the dispatch date for international orders.

  1. Which courier agency does DYOT use for Delivery?

We generally use Blue-ex in Pakistan and DHL Express for international delivery.



  1. Does DYOT offer exchange/return?

We generally have no exchange or return policy since all our clothes are customized. You may view Exchange/Refund policy for detailed policy.


  • What is fabric fusing?

During fabric fusing, an adhesive resin is applied to one side of the interlining, and then bonded to another piece of fabric by applying heat and pressure. The resin solidifies as it cools, strengthening the bond between the two parts. This process gives a better structure to fabric and thus gives a better fall to coat.
